  The game is set up by marking out a grid of squares on the area next toEmmerich Chiropractic on Bridge Street. A corral is then constructed around the grid of squares. The squares are numbered which may be purchased for a chance to win a cash prize. A cow is then let loose within the enclosure. Where the first "cowflop" (defacation) lands determines the winner.
